Job Description
  • Carrying out all tasks in accordance with the discipline procedures and practices
  • Responsible for managing and reporting on the activities
  • Carrying out site supervision of erection, re-erection, modification and de-staging activities
  • Monitor and update daily activities, progress and manpower reports and feedback
  • Plan and enforce work according to projects schedule and specified targets
  • Work closely with contractors to maintain material inspection and works quality/standards according to guidelines of MOM
  • Engage sub-contractors and plan for the priority activities in line with the constructions sequence of works
  • Do site coordination with other trades
  • Monitor and anticipates possible shortage of materials
  • Attend weekly sub-con meeting and feedback all site problems with solutions
  • Direct involvements and supports of safety controls for workers
  • Active participation on safety programs and implementation
  • Attend daily Tool Box and VSCC meeting
  • Follow PTW system before commencing of work
Job Requirements
  • NITEC/Certificate in Marine Metal Scaffolding Certificate for Supervisors (MMSC)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marine and Offshore Industry is preferred
  • Possess good knowledge of WSH Scaffolding Regulations/Code of Practices, Association of Singapore Marine Industry (ASMI) Scaffold guidelines
  • Strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description
  • Create shop drawings based on client given information, specifications, calculations and drawing to incorporating all details of shop drawings
  • Make the drawings in keeping with Company standards
  • Understand Company welding and nesting details
  • Provide MTO based on drawing details
  • Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Section Head/Leads
  • Explain drawings to Production or construction teams and provide adjustments as necessary
  • Clarify and solve problems raised by production
  • Provide technical support for project management
  • Coordinate with team members and other discipline
    Job Requirements
    • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure detailing preferred
